Keep an eye on these dates to remember important deadlines and to plan for the coming season’s tournaments and events.

Note: having no games on long weekends and Saturdays is done to limit forfeits on those days, and because the league has historically received mass accommodation requests for those days off every year.

2025 Dates

  • January 5 – Returning team deadline
  • January 6 – Executive Meeting
  • January 19 – Division Placements confirmed
  • February 3 – Executive Meeting
  • February 10 – Team Rep Meeting; new team registration begins
  • February 15 – Matchups for Team Rep review; schedule accommodations due
  • March 3 – Executive Meeting
  • March 10 – Team Rep Meeting; $350 team deposit due
  • March 26 to April 1 – Schedule for Team Rep review (date depends on city permits)
  • April 4 – League Kick-off event
  • April 5 – Final Schedule is ready
  • April 7 – Executive Meeting
  • April 14 – Team Rep Meeting (in person)
  • April 18 to 21 – Good Friday/Easter Long
  • April 22 – Season starts
  • May 5 – Executive Meeting; League fees due; LIL registration and fees due
  • May 12 – Team Rep Meeting (in person)
  • May 16 to 19 – May long weekend, no games
  • May 20 – Draft LIL schedule to Team Reps
  • May 23 – Final LIL schedule to Team Reps
  • May 26 – Executive Meeting
  • May 30 to June 1 – LIL Tournament; Friday and Saturday night events
  • June 16 – Team Rep Meeting
  • June 19 – Executive Meeting (tentative)
  • June 28 to 30 – Canada Day long weekend, no games
  • July 7 – Executive Meeting
  • July 14 – Team Rep Meeting (in person); scorebooks due
  • July 15 – Draft Finals schedule due to Team Reps
  • July 19 – Final Finals schedule due to Team Reps
  • July 21 – Executive Meeting
  • July 25 to 29 – Finals Tournament, Saturday night banquet
  • August 11 – Executive Meeting (tentative)
  • September 22 – League AGM
